Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Do not share API credentials or use another person’s account without permission.

CleanVector provides tools for generating, uploading, vectorizing, editing, exporting, and managing image assets. AI and vectorization results can vary and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing an output before using it in production, print, branding, or any other consequential context.

You keep your rights in prompts and images you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store, and deliver that content through CleanVector and its infrastructure providers. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the output you receive for personal or commercial projects. You are responsible for ensuring that your input and use of an output do not infringe another person’s rights.

• Do not upload content you do not have permission to process.
• Do not create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing material.
• Do not bypass rate limits, credits, plan restrictions, authentication, or security controls.
• Do not disrupt the service or use automated access outside the documented API and MCP interfaces.

Credits measure usage of generation and vectorization features. Plan allowances, prices, and feature access are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled and are processed by Stripe. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Failed processing jobs are refunded automatically. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

API and MCP access are available only on eligible plans. We may apply reasonable rate limits and suspend credentials that create security, reliability, payment, or abuse concerns. You remain responsible for requests made with your credentials.

We work to keep CleanVector reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Models, providers, limits, features, and pricing may change as the product evolves. Material changes that affect an active paid plan will be communicated through the service or the account email where practical.

CleanVector is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that generated output is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to CleanVector during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal, or payment issues. You may request account and content deletion through the contact page, subject to records we must retain for legal or financial purposes.

We may update these terms as CleanVector changes. The effective date below identifies the current version. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
